Naomi Louise Kitchens, 81, of White Deer, died December 8, 2016 in White Deer. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be at 10:30 AM Monday, December 12, 2016, at First Baptist Church in White Deer, with Rev. Alan Wilson, pastor, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Kitchens was born August 24, 1935 in Wichita Falls. She had been a resident of White Deer since 1975. She married Vergil Stone on April 21, 1955 in Amarillo. He preceded her in death on July 27, 1991. She later married Howard Kitchens in 1992. He preceded her in death on March 13, 2016. Naomi attended First Baptist Church in White Deer. She was a homemaker. Survivors include a son, Harold Stone and wife Patty of Iowa City, Iowa; a daughter, Sheila McDowell of Amarillo; a sister, Mary Ransford; three grandchildren, Kimberly Lane and husband Jeremie of Des Moines, Iowa, Malanie Van Loh and husband Paul of Colo, Iowa, and Harold Stone II and wife Amy of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 11 great grandchildren, and two stepdaughters, Veronica Kitchens and Shauna Epperson and husband Greg, all of Pampa.
