Tacy Kay Hawk, 59, of Pampa, died December 20, 2016 in Pampa. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Tacy was born May 21, 1957 in Great Bend, Kansas. She was reared in Kansas where she attended schools in Lyndon, Kanas. She eventually moved to Texas, later settling in Pampa where she worked for Salvation Army and Pampa Nursing Home for several years. Tacy lived a challenging life but in the last few years, she rededicated her life to her family, spending most of her time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by her family and friends. Survivors include two daughters, Amber Shuler of Salina, Kansas, and Jennifer Leven and husband William of Groom; her mother, Kay Gibson and husband Keith of Salina, Kansas; two brothers, Kyle Hawk and wife Tammy, and Troy Hawk, all of McPherson, Kansas; three grandsons, Nathan Shuler of Salina, Kansas, Joshua Farley and Tytan Leven, both of Groom; and a granddaughter, Sabrina Shuler of Salina, Kansas. Tacy was preceded in death by her father, Robert Eugene Hawk; and a grandson, Axyl Blaze Leven in 2015.
