Mable Ann Lee Pletcher, 69, of Pampa, died January 17, 2017 in Pampa. Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, January 21, 2017, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Corey Searl of Frost Street Missions, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Mable was born February 12, 1947 in McLean to a large family. She attended schools, and graduated from high school in McLean. She spent most of her life in the McLean and Pampa areas. She worked as a library clerk with the City of Pampa for 23 years, retiring in 2008, and later attended Clarendon Junior College. Mable was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was very family oriented and loved being around her family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister and will be dearly missed by those who knew her. Survivors include three sons, Donald Stuart of Amarillo, Robert Stuart and Clayton (C. J.) Pletcher, both of Pampa; a daughter, Teresa Moore and husband James of League City; a stepson, Kelly of Pampa; a stepdaughter, Brenda; four brothers, James Lee and wife Pat and O. K. Lee and wife Carol, all of Pampa, Paul Lee and wife Sue of Shamrock, and Ray Lee and wife Judy of McLean; a sister, Collene Franks and husband Paul of Pampa; four grandsons, Allen Sundve of Corpus Christi, Aaron Sundve of League City, Nicholas Pletcher of Pampa, and Mikey Pletcher of Fort Worth; two granddaughters, Brittany Pletcher of Fort Worth, and Alexis Stuart of Pampa; and four great-grandchildren. Mable was preceded in death by her parents, O.K. and Maggie Lee; a daughter-in-law, Cindy Stuart; a step son, Dean; three sisters, and seven brothers. Memorials may be made to the Pampa Special Olympics, PO Box 375, Pampa, Texas 79066-0375. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30 PM Friday, January 20, 2017, at Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
