Luis Estrada, 35, of Salida, CA, died April 3, 2017 in Pampa. Rosary will be said 5:00 PM Sunday, April 9, 2017 and liturgy of the word will be 2:00 PM Monday, April 10, 2017, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Anthony Raju, pastor of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Luis was born January 18, 1982 in Escondido, California, but resided most of his life in the northern California area. He was a construction worker and later worked for Red River Dairy as a machinery operator and as a prop 215 caregiver. He was a Catholic. Luis loved working on his 1960 Impala and was an amateur horticulturist. Survivors include two sons, Gabriel Estrada and Luis Estrada, both of Twin Falls, Idaho; two daughters, Isabella Estrada and Anabelle Estrada, both of Twin Falls, Idaho; his parents, Blas and Maria Estrada of Pampa; three brothers, Jesse Estrada of Pampa, Jose Estrada of Modesto, California, and Blas Estrada of Greeley, Colorado; and a sister, Patricia Concepcion of Okinawa, Japan.
