Margarette Melinda Wallace

Margarette Melinda Wallace, 61, of Pampa, died May 3, 2017 in Pampa.There are no services scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.Margarette was born October 31, 1955 in Corpus Christi. She attended Bay City High School and spent most of her life in the Texas Gulf Coast area, moving to Pampa in 2015. Margarette met Jimmie Denton in 2006. She was a home health caregiver for several years. She enjoyed painting and canvas art. Survivors include her husband, Jimmie Denton of the home; four sons, Charles Wallace and Abraham Wallace, both of West Virginia, Benjamin Folsom and Richard Folsom, both of Topeka, Kansas; a daughter, Rebeccah Wallace of West Virginia; her sister, Kathleen Gayle Murphree of Angleton; a brother, Larry Wallace of Yancey; eight grandchildren; and her mother-in-law, Pauline Denton. She was preceded in death by two brothers, William Wesley Wallace and Wilford Lee Wallace.
