Gabriel Jesse “Gabe” Cowan, 38, of Pampa, died May 10, 2017 in Pampa.Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Community Crossroads Church in White Deer, with Rev. Dr. Jerry R. Lane, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.Gabe was born August 8, 1978 in Pampa. He attended Pampa schools and upon graduation, he became an RN. He always enjoyed helping others. For the past three years, he worked at Dyer’s Bar-B-Que and made lots of new friends. He was loved and will be dearly missed by all.Survivors include his daughter, Jessica Cowan of Spring, who was the apple of his eye; his parents, Danny and Leanna Cowan of the home; two sisters, Raeanna Humphrey and husband Jon and Teddi Cowan, all of Pampa; five nieces, Aaliyah Torres, Bridgette Humphrey, Jaylee Torres, Sunshine Baker and Karoline Baker; and two nephews, Zavier Torres and Jeremiah Cowan. Gabe was preceded in death by his grandparents, Claudine and Bill Odell and Dollie and Sherman Cowan; a half-brother, Christopher Cowan; and an aunt, Billie Jo Steele.
