Belinda was born on December 22, 1971 in Pampa to Clyda and Charles Fleetwood. She grew up and attended school in Pampa. After high school, Belinda enrolled in college taking several classes. Belinda worked for several years in the home health and nursing home industry, a job that she took pride in. Anytime she could she liked when the carnival came to time or when she could go to the flea market. She attended church with her sister at the First Church of the Nazarene when she could. She will be greatly missed by family and many friends.
