Bill Kindle, 82, of Pampa, died September 7, 2017 in Pampa. Services will be 2:00 PM Monday, September 11, 2017, at First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Ruby Moultrie, pastor, and Rev. Vondel Stevens, pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Kindle was born February 28, 1935 in Childress. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1945. He married Patricia Ann Carpenter on November 29, 1958 in Lefors. Bill was employed by Citizens Bank and Trust, which was later named FirstBank Southwest from 1957 until he retired as senior vice president in 2001. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, and the Aldersgate Sunday School Class. Bill was also a member of the Kiwanis Club, Pampa Fine Arts, White Deer Land Museum Board, American Red Cross, The Salvation Army and Pampa Chamber of Commerce. Survivors include his wife, Pat Kindle of the home; a son, Jeffrey Dan Kindle and wife Trisha of Beach City; a daughter, Dana Ann Chumbley and husband Terry of Pampa; a brother, Freddy Wayne Kindle and wife Peggy of Pampa; five grandchildren, Kira Rose and husband Matt of Edmond, Oklahoma, Corey Kindle and wife Aryn of Sanger, Annie Chumbley of Dallas, Kyler Pitman of Baytown and Ethan Pitman of Beach City; four great grandchildren, Savannah Rose of Edmond, Oklahoma, Priesley Kindle of Sanger, Scarlett Rose of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Bauer Dan Kindle of Sanger.
