Bill Cook, 78, of White Deer, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, in Pampa.

Services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with retired pastor Jimmye Cole, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Bill was born on July 23, 1944 in Pampa to Vester Doyle Cook and Opal Mae Robertson Cook. He attended school in Pampa. After finishing school, Bill entered the workforce. He first worked for Davis Electric for five years then Phillips 66 Refinery for 15 years, and Celanese for 20 years. Bill finally retired in 1997.

He married Eula Mae Harris on March 7, 1964. Bill enjoyed gardening and tinkering in his workshop. He most recently attended the First Baptist Church in Skellytown. Bill will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vester and Opal Cook; one brother, Daniel Cook; and an infant sister, Beverly Cook.

Bill is survived by his wife, Eula Cook of the home; his daughter, Carlissa Ann Blevins and husband Darryl of Channing; one brother Lloyd Cook of Houston, Missouri; two sisters-in-law, Darlene Graham of Amarillo and Charlene Cook of Bucyrus; two grandchildren, Kama Lynn Bronner and boyfriend Jimmy Mako Schue of Arlington and Paul Jon Blevins and wife Ashlan of Woodward, Oklahoma; and one great-grandchild, Wyatt Lee Blevins of Woodward, Oklahoma.
