Brenda Gail Been-Trevathan

Brenda Gail Been-Trevathan, 60, of Pampa, passed away February 25, 2019 in McLean. There are no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Brenda was born August 16, 1958 in Pampa to Rodney and Doris Been. She attended Pampa High School and later attended Clarendon College and West Texas A&M University. Brenda loved to read and write poetry, but her focus in life was her two children. Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Nettles of Sulphur, Louisiana; her son, Chris Nettles and Sandy of Sulphur, Louisiana; her mother, Doris Been of Pampa; a sister, Alisa Been of McLean; two brothers, Alan Been and wife Pam, and Michael Been and wife Sheila, all of Pampa; and five grandchildren. Brenda was preceded in death by her father; and a nephew, Brad Been.
