Bryan Rogers, 56, of Perryton, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024 at his home.
Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Brother Kyle Collins, pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Miami Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.
Bryan was born September 14, 1967 at a military hospital in Warburg, Germany to Larry Rogers and Carolyn Rogers. He graduated from Pampa High School in 1985 and then attended a year of college at West Texas State University. Bryan then returned home to work on the family ranch. He had great knowledge and knew the history of the ranch as it was established by his great grandparents in the late 1800’s. Bryan enjoyed being a part of the HAM radio club out of Amarillo. He always looked forward to the afternoon chats. He was a very quiet and stubborn man, but also sensitive to his surroundings. Bryan seemed to be a loner most of the time, as he did not like to be around large crowds.
Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Rogers of the home; his father, Larry Rogers of Amarillo; Aunt and Uncle, Nancy and Buddy Briscoe of Brownfield; three cousins, Aaron Briscoe of Stuttgart, Arkansas and Sarah Awbrey and husband John of DeLeon, and Eddie and Judy Longhofer of Canadian.
Memorials can be sent Cornerstone Baptist Church, 2410 W 23rd Ave, Pampa, TX 79065.
