Carolyn Sue Terry, 82, of White Deer, died September 27, 2017 in Amarillo. Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, September 30, 2017, at First Baptist Church in White Deer, with Rev. Alan Wilson, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in White Deer Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Mrs. Terry was born December 15, 1934 in Oklahoma and graduated from Pampa High School. She married Ernie Bill Terry on July 14, 1956 in Raton, New Mexico, and they started B & B Solvent that same year. He preceded her in death on December 5, 2006. Carolyn Sue was a volunteer with the Pampa Sheltered Workshop for many years. She had been a member of First Baptist Church since 1956, and was a member of the Eastern Star and Daughters of the Pioneers. She loved to bowl and play bridge, and loved her family with all her heart. Carolyn Sue was also preceded in death by her parents, G. E. and Elsie Groninger; two sisters, Patricia McBrayer and Billie Stephens; and son, Bebo Terry. Survivors include son, Tam Terry and wife Shela of White Deer; daughter, Tonya Homen and husband John of White Deer; daughter-in-law, Dana Terry of Pampa; eleven grandchildren, Amanda Saffel and husband Phillip of Lubbock, Carmen Fenton and husband Jason of Amarillo, Justin Freeman and wife Lacee, Tyler Terry and wife Michelle, all of White Deer, Elizabeth Terry of Amarillo, Emily Terry of College Station, Justin Homen, Chris Homen, Jodi Crow and husband Casey, all of White Deer, Malorie Zimmer and husband Ryan of Amarillo, and Misty Homen of Arlington; fourteen great grandchildren, Olivia and Everett Saffel, Ella, Lane and Hays Fenton, Jaxon, Logan and Hunter Freeman, Quaid Terry, Ellis, Edge and Eppie Crow, Hattie and Roxie Zimmer. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, PO Box 337, White Deer, Texas 79097.
