Chuck Aaron Daniels, 57, of Pampa formerly of Amarillo, passed away on September 18, 2023 in Pampa.

 

Services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 22, 2023 at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rev. Byron Williamson, pastor at First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM in Llano Cemetery in Amarillo under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

 

The family will be receiving friends after the burial at the Schniederjan’s residence at 1422 SW 60th Ave, Amarillo, Texas, 79118.

 

Chuck was born on November 28, 1965 in Middletown, Ohio to Lavada Sanders and Charles Tackett. He graduated from River Road High School in 1984. Chuck was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry for many years.

 

Chuck was very gifted and often considered a jack of all trades. He was a football fanatic and played semi-pro football for two years. Chuck was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. He was always happy and joking around and was often found at the lake on the weekends with his family. He made it his mission to make his family and nurses laugh. His greatest treasures on this earth were his kids and grandchildren, who he loved with all his heart. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

 

Chuck was preceded in death by his adopted father, Juddie C. Daniels; his birth father, Charles Tackett; four brothers, Johnny and Joe Tackett, Rick and Timothy Corwin; and one sister, Debra Knott.

 

He is survived by his mother, Lavada Russell of Tennessee; four children, Brandon Daniels of Amarillo, Stephen Daniels of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Justin Daniels of Fort Worth, and Stephanie Palmer of Garland; 11 grandchildren, Ava Palmer, Ethan Daniels, Evelynn Daniels, Ty Daniels, Hudson Daniels, Brycen Daniels, Adyson Sulewski, Jaxson Daniels, Brayden Sulewski, Natalia Sharp, Kameron Sulewski, and expecting another in November; many brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
