Clarence Reed Hendon, 59, of Streetman, passed away January 30, 2018 in Streetman. Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 27, 2017 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Rev. Jimmye Cole, pastor of First Church of the Nazarene of Pampa, officiating. Inurnment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa. Mr. Hendon was born January 15, 1959 in Pampa. He attended Grapevine High School in Grapevine. During his life, he poured concrete, was a brick layer and a licensed plumber. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, but most of all, he loved his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Leroy Hendon and Delilah Carlene Reed Hendon Flippin; two brothers, Carl Wade Hendon and Jimmy Dale Hendon; and a sister, Donalita Aileen Hendon. Survivors include a son, Jason Thomas Hendon and wife Erin of Houston; two sisters, Chrystal Hendon Varley and husband Patrick of Keller, and Sherylene Headley Freudenrich and husband Randy of Pampa; nieces and nephews, Shannon L. Powers of Fort Worth, Patrick T. Varley and Michael D. Varley, both of Keller, Simona B. Cruz of Canyon, Solomon R. Cruz and wife Kandice, Senecia E. Becker, Ryan D. Freudenrich and wife Breanna, and Amanda L. Harkins, all of Pampa, and Shawnee N. Radford of Bedford; great nieces and nephews, Hudson Cruz, Eli Freudenrich, Koulter Freudenrich and Hadyn Freudenrich, all of Pampa, and Bentley Radford and Lynlee Radford, both of Bedford; aunts and uncles, Donald and Chrystene Coffee of Chester, Virginia, Mary O. Harrison of Pampa, Faye McGee and Melitta Littleton, both of Gordo, Alabama, and Danny R. Reed of Pottsboro; and many cousins from Pampa, Oklahoma and Alabama.
