Cristina Arreola

Cristina Arreola, 43, of Pampa, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in Amarillo.

Rosary services will be 6:00 PM Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Jim Lummus officiating.

Liturgy of the Word will be 2:00 PM Friday, December 3, 2021 at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, with Father Luis Lopez officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Cristina was born on September 25, 1978 in Pampa to Victor and Dolores Arreola. She attended schools in Pampa and graduated in 1997. Cristina was always busy at work. It was not uncommon for her to hold two jobs at a time. One of her first jobs was working as a receptionist for Allstate Insurance. She worked there for nearly three years. Her most recent jobs were working as the receptionist at Farmer’s Insurance and in retail at Burke’s Outlet Store.

In her spare time, Cristina loved to do arts and crafts. She would spend hours on Pinterest and TikTok getting ideas for her next project. She also loved to spend time with her daughter, Sheylah, in Arlington. She was there with Sheylah any time she could get free from work. You never had to wonder what Cristina was thinking. She was honest and would be blunt when giving her opinion. She was one of a kind, and loved to make people laugh. Cristina wanted people to be as happy as she was. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

Cristina is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Celestino and Juanita Arreola; maternal grandparents, Salvador and Maria Dominguez; aunt, Sylvia Flores; uncle, Johnny Dominguez; cousin, Angel Dominguez; and her dog, Jazmine.

She is survived by her parents, Victor and Dolores Arreola of Pampa; daughter, Sheylah Arreola of the home; five sisters, Angelica Dominguez of Pampa, Priscilla Venzor and husband Lorenzo of Pampa, Celestina Arreola of El Paso, Lucinda Arreola-Quezada and husband Eduardo of Pampa, and Erica Arreola of Pampa; five nieces; eight nephews; numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles; and her dog, Mason.
