Dale Greenhouse, 78, of Pampa passed away Friday, March 2, 2018 in Amarillo.
Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Byron Williamson, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Mr. Greenhouse was born April 16, 1939 in Wheeler to Alton and Mildred Greenhouse. He has lived in Pampa and McLean communities most of his life, graduating from McLean High School. Dale has been married to Rebecca Parker Greenhouse for almost 30 years. He began his career in the cable business, before going to work at the Marie Foundation working his way up to top management until 1973. Dale bought a small natural gas measurement company which became Dale-Ann Co., Inc. He loved to fly his planes and has kept his flying license current up until his death. Dale enjoyed being outdoors at the ranch and lake with his family, and loved to go boating, and feeding the deer at the lake. He was a Baptist, and members of API, Airplane Owners Pilot Association, and AGA. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Greg Greenhouse and brother, Wayne Greenhouse.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Greenhouse of the home; daughter, Katherine Greenhouse of Amarillo; son, Dane Greenhouse and wife Leisa of Amarillo; brother, Harold Greenhouse and wife Belva of Amarillo; grandson, Gage Greenhouse of Stillwater, Oklahoma; daughter-in-law, Gina Greenhouse Hill and husband Ronnie of Canadian; and several nieces and nephews.
