Dallas Clark, 84, of Pampa, passed away on January 23, 2025, in Pampa.

Memorial services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Dallas was born on June 17, 1940, in New Castle, Indiana to Spencer E. Clark and Myrtle Elizabeth Clark. He grew up in San Lorenzo, California. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, and he served honorably for nine years before his discharge. After his service, Dallas worked in the hospitality industry for several years, but his tenure with non-profit organizations where he was able to help others, brought him the most gratification. He married Emma Clark on March 23, 1961, in Winter Haven, California, and they later moved to Pampa in 2005. Emma would precede him in death on March 3, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his father; Spencer Esco Clark, and his mother, Myrtle Elizabeth Matta; siblings, Ronald Clark, and Christina Clark-Waterman.

Dallas is survived by his stepfather, Alfred Matta; stepchildren, Mary Ellen Hinton, and Anna Ester McCown; niece, Kelly West; nephew, Kenneth Waterman; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; other extended family; along with many close spiritual brothers & sisters.
