Deborah Lynn Shilinsky, 56, died Thursday, November 16, 2017, in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Rick Parnell, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Ms. Shilinsky was born November 6, 1961 in Cleveland, OH. She graduated from high school in Tyler, TX and from East Texas Baptist University in 1984. She taught in the Amarillo ISD and was a supervisor at TPMHR. She was an artist, an avid reader, loved various crafts, wrote beautiful poetry, was an animal lover and faithfully read her Bible. Deborah was very beloved by many family and friends and will be greatly missed. Survivors include two brothers, Walter John Shilinsky, III and David Charles Shilinsky, both of Amarillo; a sister, Cheryl Lee Zanchettin and husband Robert of Amarilo; a sister-in-law, Annette Shilinsky of Amarillo: two nieces, Caitlin Delaney Zanchettin and April Breanne Shilinsky, both of Amarillo; a nephew, Joshua Edward Koerner of Vincennes, IN; an Uncle, Charles Lammi and wife Marla of Louden, TN; two aunts, Veronica Legg of Rittman, OH and Cecelia Williams of Cleveland, OH.
