Donald Andrew Roberts

Donald Andrew Roberts, 79, of El Paso and formerly of Waco, passed away March 6, 2022, in El Paso.

The family will have a private burial for Donald, and he will be placed with his mother in the family section of Fairview Cemetery in Memphis, TX.

Donald was born on September 6, 1942, at home in Sabra to Viola and Andrew Roberts, a sawmill community in Marion County, TX near Jefferson. Donald later earned his GED and upon competing school he enlisted in the U.S. Army on November 22, 1965 and was honorably discharged on January 31, 1967. Donald enjoyed the outdoors camping and fishing. He will be remembered as a happy and go lucky man who always had a smile on his face.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a daughter. Amanda Danielle Roberts.

Donald is survived by two children, Chris Roberts and wife Vicky, and Justin Roberts, all of New London, TX; six brothers, Fletcher Roberts and wife Gene of Kilgore, TX, James Roberts and wife Linda of Kilgore, TX, Jerry Roberts and wife Mary of Farmington, NM, Leon Roberts and wife Sue of Dianna, TX, Wayne Roberts and wife Glenda of Pampa, TX, and Kenneth Roberts and wife Vicky of Longview, TX; three sisters, Carolyn Roberts and husband Ron Gallagher of Pampa, TX, Gynell Roberts of East Machias, Maine, and Bettie Couch and husband David of San Angelo, TX; numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
