Donald Ray "Dude" Snider

Donald Ray “Dude” Snider, 73 of Pampa, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018 in Pampa.

Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Briarwood Church with Rev Lynn Hancock, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Donald was born on December 3, 1944 to Homer and Margie Snider and graduated from White Deer High School.  He followed in his father’s footsteps, working at Cabot.  He retired as a foreman in 2008 after 43 years.  This past August, he celebrated his 48^th wedding anniversary to his wife Nancy.  They were married on August 25, 1970 in Tucumcari.  Donald loved watching football.  His favorite team that week depended on the point spread.  He was a member at Briarwood Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sheila Raulston.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy of the home; 4 daughters, Deborah Hamilton of Menifee, CA, Pamela Felt of Menifee, CA, Trudy Manhart and husband Mel of Pampa, and Becky Loggins and husband Jack of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Destinee Manhart, Rusty Snider and wife Acacia, Eric Hamilton and wife Lexi, Cody Hamilton and wife Melissa, Macie Loggins, Molly Manhart, and Cash Manhart; seven great-grandchildren, Huck and Tucker Lowry, Kaesen and Ayla Snider, Teagan and Madeline Hamilton, and Lilly Hamilton.
