Earlene Wyant

Earlene Wyant, of McLean; formerly of Pampa, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at the age of 90.

Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday, February 12, 2021 at Gageby Cemetery with nephew, Dale Meadows, officiating. Funeral arrangements made under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Emily Earlene Frost was born September 15, 1930 to William and Georgia Frost. She was the youngest of five children.  Earlene met her future husband, Elvis Wyant and they were married on April 10, 1960. They were married for 39 years until Elvis’ death on June 14, 1999. She was very active with her church and the Women’s Ministry until her health kept her from attending.

Earlene is survived by her two sons; Sam Wyant and Johnnie Wyant; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family would like to give a special thank you to her caregivers: Tophia Weaver and Courteney Gee.

As requested by Earlene, she will not be available for viewing.
