Flavio Martinez

Flavio Martinez, 58, of Pampa passed away on October 12, 2021 in Pampa.

No services are scheduled at this time. Viewing will be 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Friday and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Flavio was born May 26, 1963 in Las Vegas, New Mexico. He was a longtime resident of Lamar, Colorado, moving to Pampa in 2017. Flavio retired in Colorado in 2014. He enjoyed repairing bicycles for kids in need. He had a giving heart and a wonderful sense of humor. Flavio loved his family and will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Magdelana Martinez; and a sister, Peggy Martinez-Palacio; brother-in-law, Mervin Palacio.

Survivors include his daughter, Jessica Martinez of Pampa; 4 grandchildren, Desmariah Martinez, Julio Silva, Gustavo Torres, and Adan Torres all of Pampa; 3 sisters, Connie Vasquez and husband Ted of Lamar, Colorado, Eleanor Alonzo and husband Manuel of Colorado Spring, Colorado, and Rachel Asebedo and husband Joe of Garden City, Kansas; 3 brothers, Bernie Martinez of Las Vegas, New Mexico, Daniel Martinez and wife Bee of Pueblo, Colorado, and Tony Martinez and wife Angie of Granada, Colorado; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
