Harry Ray “Ish” Jennings, 90, of Pampa passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 in Pampa.
Services will be 4:00 PM Friday, December 14, 2018 at Cornerstone Baptist Church with Rev. Rodney Weatherly, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Harry was born July 8, 1928 in Bonham to Jarvis and Ionie Jennings. He married Ruby McCollar on May 18, 1946 in Bonham and she passed away on December 25, 2015. After he married Ruby, he enlisted in the US Army and served for 2 years. They moved to Pampa in 1955 and he began his career with Cabot. After working for 35 years as a welder, he retired in 1990. Harry was a founding member of Barrett Baptist Church, which later became Cornerstone Baptist Church. He served as a deacon in both churches and was a faithful member serving where he was needed. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping. Harry loved being “Farray” to his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and spending time with each of them. Family was very important to him and he will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by 8 brothers and 1 sister.
Survivors include his daughter, Renee Stout and husband Chris of Pampa; son, Travis Jennings and wife Diane of Pampa; 2 grandchildren, Bryan Stout and wife Selena and Craig Stout and wife Jessica both of Pampa; 5 great grandchildren, Cayden Stout, Creed Stout, Coleson Stout, Lyric Stout, and Linley Stout; and adopted grandson, Kaydan Stidham

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 5:30pm-7:00pm.
