Jerry Hildenbrand

Jerry Hildenbrand, 73, of Pampa, died October 17, 2017 in Pampa. Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, October 21, 2017, at Zion Lutheran Church, with Rev. Michael Erickson, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Hildenbrand was born January 9, 1944 in Shattuck, Oklahoma. He married Frankie Bienroth on August 5, 1967 in Borger. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Reserve. Jerry was a letter carrier with the U. S. Postal Service for 36 years, retiring in 2003. He was an elder and member of Zion Lutheran Church. Jerry was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Survivors include his wife, Frankie Hildenbrand of the home; two daughters, Nanette Wallace and husband Miles of Amarillo, and Christine Reed and husband Joe of Canyon; two brothers, Jesse Hildenbrand and wife Marilyn of Cypress, and Randall Hildenbrand and wife Lisa of Richardson; five grandchildren, Tymothy Allen and wife Jamie of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Andrew Allen and wife Danielle of Ruston, Louisiana, Karissa Fangman and husband Aron of Vega, Jimmy Allen of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Elizabeth Reed of Canyon; and four great grandchildren. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Abe and Eva Hildenbrand. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, 1200 Duncan, Pampa, Texas 79065.
