Jesse Leos, 65, of Pampa, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2025 in Pampa.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.
Jesse was born on September 10, 1959 in Marfa to E.J. and Apolonia Flores Leos. He attended school in Pampa and went on to earn his GED. Jesse went to work for Phillips 66 after getting his GED. He worked there for five years before going to work at Atlantic Richfield. In the early 80’s he started working as an operator at Celanese, he worked there for 17 years until it shut down. Jesse went to work at Energy Transfer until he retired in 2018 due to disability.
Jesse married Angie Bolin on June 26, 1981 in Pampa. Jesse enjoyed watching football and baseball, specifically the Cowboys and the Rangers. He also enjoyed listening to country music on his radio that was always playing. Jesse loved spending time with his family, but also greatly appreciated time by himself. He was a quiet and reserved man that will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, E.J. and Apolonia Leos; and three siblings, Dora Osterich, Jimmy Leos, and Stanley Leos.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Angie Leos of the home; two children, Justin Leos of Pampa and Jessica Leos of Amarillo; two sisters, Alicia Valenzuela and husband Sal of Pampa and Nancy Leos of Austin; two grandchildren, Tyler Leos and fiancée Erin Allen of Pampa, Trenton Leos of Conroe; one great-granddaughter, Stevie Leos; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Trent and Willa Bolin of Amarillo; brother-in-law, Anthony Bolin and wife Michelle of Texhoma, Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Andrea Smith of Buffalo, Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.
