JoAnn Keller, 85 (aka 39), of Pampa, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 in Pampa.
Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, May 9, 2020 at Memory Gardens Cemetery with her son, Pastor Mike Stevens, and Rev. Lynn Hancock, pastor of Briarwood Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Jo Ann was born May 6, 1934 in Kansas, OK to Viola and Clifford Morris. She was a 1952 graduate of Santa Anna High School. She married Doug Keller, the love of her life, on November 17, 1984 in Pampa. JoAnn worked as a dental assistant and receptionist for Dr. Cox and Dr. Alexander for many years.
She was a member of Briarwood Church and served in a nursing home ministry for 25 years. She enjoyed cooking, crafting, and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. Her most enjoyable times were spent with her family. She was a proud wife, mother, grandma, and GG.
JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Viola and Clifford Morris; husband of 24 years, Doug Keller.
JoAnn is survived by a daughter, Sherry Tyrrell and husband Gary of Pampa; 2 sons, James “Bubba” Stevens of Pampa and Mike Stevens and wife Tonya of Leander; 2 step daughters, Tonya Madron and husband Mike of McPherson, KS and Kristi Maloy and husband David of Brookswater QLD, Australia; 12 grandchildren, Alex Stevens, Heath Stevens and wife Reaghan, Mandy Archibald and husband Chris, Jensen Stevens, Luke Stevens, Kristin Stevens, Seth Madron, Brandon Stevens, Faith Madron, Brandi Walters and husband Domnic, Alexa Maloy, and Brittney Maloy; 6 great grandchildren, Slayde Stevens, Blake Stevens, Rylee Archibald, Reagan Archibald, Kinsey Walters, and Drevan Walters; her sister in law and running buddy, Linda Rainey; and her special dog, Penny.
