Jon Ann Philpott Pigdon, 62, of Pampa, passed away November 28, 2018 in Pampa.
Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Lewis Holland, retired Methodist minister, officiating. Cremation will follow the services under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Pigdon was born April 28, 1956 in Colorado Springs to Don and Barbara Philpott. She attended Miami schools and had been a resident of Miami and Pampa most of her life. Over the years, she was a stay at home mom, but also worked at Robert County Sheriff’s Department as a dispatcher, the Locke Cattle Company, and Walmart. Jon Ann married her best friend, Bryan Pigdon, on April 4, 2011 in Pampa. She loved baking, especially decorating cakes, reading, and her cat, “Tic Toc.” Jon Ann loved her family dearly and was a wonderful “Grandma” and “Nanna” to her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Bryan Pigdon of the home; two sons, Cliff Bryant and wife Teresa of Abilene, and Nick Bryant of Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters, Janice Monds and husband Benny of Pampa, and Sharon Wright of Miami; four grandchildren, Kaile Baker, Sebastian Bryant, Anna Bryant and Alexander Bryant. Jon Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Barbara Philpott; grandparents, Kint and Helen Philpott; a sister, Lynn Wright; and a nephew, Jason Wright.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
