Jordan Dell Smith

Jordan Dell Smith, 41, of Spring Branch, Texas, passed away on January 18, 2022.

Celebration of Life memorial graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Miami Cemetery in Miami, TX with Monty Wheeler of Miami, officiating, and Dari Smith, sister, eulogizing Jordan's service. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Jordan was born on January 17, 1981 to Derrel and Sandy (Connolly) Smith. Jordan loved spending time with his family, music, traveling, especially to the beach. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, carpentry, being outdoors and cooking and grilling for his family and friends.

Jordan was known for making everyone laugh, even in the toughest of times.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Reece and Maggie Connolly and by his paternal grandparents, Joyce Smith, Byron and June Smith.

Jordan is survived by his wife, Cassie Wylie of Spring Branch; his sons, Peyton Smith, Jase Smith, and Michael Wylie, all of Spring Branch; mother, Sandy Connolly Smith of Elk City, OK; father, Derrel Smith and wife Kathy of Miami; siblings, Dari Smith of Pampa, Jeremy Smith and wife Stephanie of Perryton, Jonathon Smith, and Jessie Wheeler and husband Kyle, all of Miami; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
