Juanita M. Patrick

Juanita M. Patrick, 81, of Pampa moved to her Heavenly home on January 16, 2020 from her in earthly home in Pampa.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Juanita was born on July 24, 1938 in Canadian to Raymond and Mary Welch Clayton. She attended Canadian schools for many years. She moved to Rockport where she lived for 20 years before returning to the panhandle. She married Clyde “Pat” Patrick in Pampa in October of 1983. She was incredibly proud of getting her GED at the age of 57. She had a special place in her heart for all the animals in her neighborhood and always made sure they were fed. She was a kind-hearted, generous soul that cared for others more than herself. She loved her family deeply and was never without a Dr. Pepper in hand.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Kenneth Clayton, Morris Clayton, and Frank Clayton; 2 sisters, Betty Marshall and Catherine Clayton; and 2 aunts, Dorothy Orr and Cora McLaughlin.

She is survived by her husband, Clyde “Pat” Patrick; 4 daughters, Brenda Hampton and husband Jimmy, Cathy Hearron and husband Charles, Sr., Susan Crane, and Vickie Chan and husband Stan; 1 son, Jimmy Fossett and wife Angie; 10 grandchildren, Justin Hampton, Lindsey Presson, Christa Franks, Charles Hearron, Jr., Jessica Keller, Benjamin Hearron, Haley Fossett, Jayden Fossett, Rhys Chan, and Hannah Chan; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
