Norman Rushing, pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Judy was born February 19, 1958 in Pampa to Cliff and Freda Martin.  She graduated in the class of 1976 from Pampa High School.  Judy married Kenneth Cox on October 31, 1974 at Central Baptist Church in Pampa, and they recently celebrated 46 years of marriage. While in high school, she worked at the Marie Foundations and later went to work for Pampa Regional Medical Center for several years.  In 1979, she and Kenneth became self-employed as owners of Cox Fence Company, and in 1985, they took ownership of Quality Cleaners.  She retired from the cleaners in 2016, and in 2018, she bought Estate Sales Solutions.  Judy attended Highland Baptist Church for over 20 years and was formerly a member of Central Baptist Church.  Judy enjoyed being outdoors, working in her yard, and sitting on the porch. She loved to travel and go anywhere there was a slot machine. Judy loved to spend time taking care of all her animals. She and Kenneth served on the board of directors of Hi-Plains Cruisers, she was a member of American Laundry Association and National Dry Cleaners Association, and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Judy was a shopper, and she enjoyed buying for herself and others.  She loved her family and was a wonderful “Nana” to her grandchildren.
