June Hall

June Hall, 90, of Pampa, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023, in Pampa.

Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, August 26, 2023, at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Buck, pastor of Redeemer Pampa, officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Visitation will be from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM on Friday, August 25, 2023, at the funeral home.

June was born on February 15, 1933, in Pampa, to Clifford and Lucile Harlan Bender. She grew up in Oklahoma City but spent most of her summers in McLean with her grandmother. In 1970, June moved her and her three kids to Pampa. Shortly after, she began her career at IRI, working as a secretary for over 25 years. She retired in 1998.

Through the years, June was a part of several organizations in Pampa, including the Desk and Derrick Club and the Republican Women’s Club. She was a faithful member of Briarwood Church where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir. Most of all, June loved her family and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with them. She will be greatly missed.

June was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her three children, Mary Roberts and husband Jerry of New Mexico, Jerry Hall and wife Kathy of Idaho, and Debra Foreman of Pampa; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Gary Kincade and wife Carol.
