Kimberly Lincycomb, 58, of Pampa, died June 14, 2018 in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Monday, June 18, 2018, at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Melford Hanks, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Kim was born March 8, 1960 in Fort Worth to Herman and Geraldine Lincycomb, and was raised by her grandparents, Fred and Velta Williams. She had been a resident of Pampa most of her life and began he career with the City of Pampa in 1981. Kim retired in 2007 after 26 years of service. She had been together with her partner and best friend, Sally Fick for 28 years. She loved to go hunting and fishing. Kim was dedicated to helping women with addictions and to help them better themselves. She will be missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her partner, Sally Fick of the home; daughter, Kristi Balay and husband Kelly of Pampa; aunt, Bessie Ethridge; and numerous cousins.
Kim was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
