Lindell Poteet

Lindell Poteet, 60, of Pampa passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020 in Pampa.

Memorial services will be 7:00 PM Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Carpenter’s Church with Rev. Jim Sinyard, pastor, officiating.  Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Memorial services in Clarksville, Arkansas will be 3:30 PM August 15, 2020 at The C & S Homestead, 164 Private Rd. 3488, Clarksville, Arkansas with Brother Audrey Poteet, officiating.

Mr. Poteet was born August 16, 1959 in Oark, Arkansas.  He worked as a security guard and did road construction, but most of his career he was a truck driver.  Lindell married Sherry Krupalla on January 27, 1987 in Bentonville, Arkansas.  They moved to Pampa in 2004.  He loved to fish, hunt, and spend time with his family. Lindell was a Christian.

Lindell was preceded in death by a son, Brandon Poteet.

Survivors include his wife of the home; a son, Mike Aiken of Pampa; three daughters, Danielle Poteet of Pampa, Dominique Poteet of Pampa, and Maria Poteet and husband Rolondo Rodriguez of Azle; a brother, Audrey Poteet and wife Loretta of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five sisters, Wanda Poteet of California, Denia Sissom and husband Ray of Pampa, Reba Lanthrip and husband David of Clarksville, Arkansas, Linda Dewberry of Paris, and Norma Smith and husband Rande of Clarksville, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Joseph Poteet, Jacksan Poteet, Lennox Knox Martinez, Rolando Rodriguez, Jordan Rodriguez and Jasmine Rodriguez and numerous nieces and nephews.
