Margaret “Peggy” Jean DeRemer-Quattrone Marron, 80, of White Deer, Texas passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021, in Pampa, Texas.
Peggy was born November 26, 1940, to Jacob and Margaret DeRemer in Guys Mills, Pennsylvania. She moved to Allegheny, New York in 1957 and met and married Larry Quattrone.
In 2016 Peggy moved to White Deer from Cochranton, Pennsylvania and became a first-time home buyer. She was so proud of this accomplishment. Throughout her years she held many occupations. She was a homemaker, bookkeeper, waitress, paint mixer, and roof shingler just to name a few. She liked knitting, crocheting, quilting, gardening & canning. In her spare time, she loved to read.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Marron; father of her children, Larry Quattrone Sr.; daughter Lynn Lynch, three great grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by three daughters, Teri Davis of Salt Lake City, Utah, Kim Mize and husband Jack of White Deer, Texas, and Tamar Gillotti and husband Anthony of Lomita, California; son Larry Quattrone Jr. and wife Georgia of Edmond Oklahoma; ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives.
No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
