Marion Louise Rupe Duraso-Jenkins

Marion Louise Rupe Duraso-Jenkins, 88, of Pampa, passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021 in Pampa.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Marion was born on June 9, 1933 in Texhoma, Oklahoma to Horace and Ruth Steadman Rupe. She grew up all over the country before moving to Canadian in the early 1950's. Marion married Miron Jenkins on August 2, 2002. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, going to the lake, riding horses, and going on picnics. Marion attended the First Christian Church in Canadian. She was a member of a genealogy group.

Marion was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 2 sisters, Billie Rupe and Patsy Fairchild; and a grandson, Justin Farmer.

She is survived by her 3 children, Billie Rux of Archer City, Sarah Duraso of Pampa, Mike Duraso of Graham; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
