Matt Bowen, 25, of Pampa passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 in Taos, New Mexico.
Services will be at 3:00 PM Thursday, March 8, 2018 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints with President Bryan Guymon and Bishop Morris Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Matt was born January 26, 1993 to Bryan and Glenda Bowen. He has been a lifelong resident of Pampa, graduating from Pampa High School in 2011. He received his associates of science degree from Clarendon College in 2014. On September 19, 2015 he married the love of his life, Megan Napier, in Amarillo. Matt began his career in January of 2015, working at Pampa Independent School District in the maintenance department. Matt was a very dedicated hard worker, he never met a stranger and always had a kind, helpful heart for others. He loved being outdoors whether it was fishing, riding four wheelers, or hunting. Matt was a huge Denver Bronco fan. His family was very important to him and he loved to spend time with them. He had a love for dogs and his favorite cat Oliver. Matt was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include his wife, Megan of the home, their soon to be born daughter, Maci Grace Bowen; parents, Bryan and Glenda Bowen; two sisters, Haley Moler and husband Justin of Amarillo and Lauren Lopez and husband Patrick of Pampa; two brothers, Bryson Bowen and Gabriel Solis both of Pampa; mother-in-law, Kennita Mays of Amarillo and father-in-law, Allen Napier of Amarillo; special aunt, Sheril Fields and husband Billy of Pampa; three nieces, Ailey Lopez, Emily Lopez, and McKenzie Moler; two nephews, Eli Lopez and Zo Lopez.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 6:00-7:30 PM.
