Michael Pepper Armstrong, 58, of Granbury, and formerly of Pampa, passed away, August 6, 2020 in Granbury.
Celebration of Life memorial services will be 2:00 PM Friday, August 14, 2020 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Pat Aderholt, of First Baptist Church, officiating. The memorial service will be livestreamed at https://www.carmichael-whatley.com/page/live-streaming.
Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Michael was born on June 16, 1962 to Wanda Armstrong and Roger Armstrong in Amarillo. He grew up in Kingston, Oklahoma where he attended school and graduated from Kingston High School. After high school, he entered the work force where he worked in many industries at various capacities. Michael has been a long-time Panhandle resident and he will be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Wanda Armstrong of Pampa; by his father, Roger Armstrong and wife Lois of Rutledge, Tennessee; a sister, Ginger Ferris and husband Bruce of Pampa; by two nephews, Jonathon Kilhoffer and wife Alexandria of Louisville, Kentucky and Jason Kilhoffer of Austin; by two great-nephews, Daniel and Timothy Kilhoffer, both of Louisville, Kentucky; by his special friend, Sophia Navarette of Texas; and by a large extended family.
