Nelda Rose Clendennen

Nelda Rose Clendennen, 66, of Pampa, passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 in Pampa.

Memorial services will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Zion Lutheran Church with Rev. Michael Erickson, pastor, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Nelda was born March 7, 1955 in Bushland to Roger and Una Roach. She graduated from Perryton High School in 1973. On August 7, 1996 she married Tony Clendennen in Pampa. Nelda worked at Walmart for over 10 years until her health wouldn’t allow her to. She was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church in Pampa. Nelda enjoyed reading, working on word search puzzles, watching Wheel of Fortune and the History Channel. She loved her dogs and cats. Nelda lived life to the fullest as best as she could.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Tony Clendennen of the home; 2 daughters, Marissa Bivens of New Mexico and Brandy Simpson of Houston; 2 brothers, Shawn Roach of Colorado and Troy Roach of California; 2 sisters; and a granddaughter, Hazel Bivens.
