Patricia "Pat" Bolton

Patricia “Pat” Bolton, 76, a longtime resident of Pampa, passed away January 2, 2018, surrounded by family. Celebration of Life services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Briarwood Church, with Pastor Lonny Robbins, and Rev. Lynn Hancock of Briarwood Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Pat was born August 20, 1941 in Canadian to C J “Curly” and Dee Dalton. She was a 1959 graduate of Pampa High School. Pat married Al Bolton on January 13, 1970. She was the property manager at Schneider and Pam apartments for over 30 years. She attended Lamar Church and was part of the founding members of Trinity Fellowship in Pampa. She was a faithful Christian who put God first and passed those values to her family and community. She was involved in many life groups. Pat loved for her family to visit often. She was referred to as “Nanny” by all her children and grandchildren. Pat will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, friend and prayer warrior, and will be missed greatly by all those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents; Curly and Dee Dalton; and her sister, Debbie Dalton. Survivors include her husband, Al Bolton of the home; two sons, Shane Kotara and wife Laurraine of Houston; Blaine Bolton and wife Leslie of White Deer; granddaughter, Tiffany Reames and husband Jerrad of Pampa; daughter, Tena Kotara; brother, Curtis Dalton and wife Kim; sister, Bobbi Brumfield; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Kotara, Colby Dennis, Lauren Boswell and husband Patrick, Danielle Kotara, Taylor Ferguson and husband Cade, Mikayle Bolton and Colton Fincher; and five great grandchildren, Chase Voss, Maciee Voss, Layla Boswell, Parker Boswell, and Jettsyn Boswell. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30 PM Friday, January 5, 2018, at Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
