Patsy Wren Lee, 79, of Pampa, passed away February 6, 2020 in Amarillo.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at the Memory Gardens Mausoleum with Eddie Carter, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Patsy was born on June 20, 1940 in Colorado City to Paul and Pauline Wren Schull. She was raised in Clarendon, where she made many friends. She married James Lee on July 26, 1958 in Clarendon and gained a whole new family, her wonderful mother-in-law and James’ 11 brothers and sisters, along with their families. They moved to the Pampa community in 1958, where she resided until her passing. She worked as a bookkeeper, store clerk, delivery person, insurance clerk, insurance agent, a municipal court clerk, a legal secretary, and a tax preparer. She served as a municipal court judge until her retirement. She enjoyed playing cards and many other games. She was passionate about researching the family history and learning all she could. Her favorite pastime was spoiling her grandchildren, and she was good at it. Patsy was someone you could always count on for anything.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Robert and Kenny Schull; her mother-in-law, Maggie Bearden Lee and father-in-law, OK Lee, Sr.; 7 sisters-in-law, Willie Carter, Nadine Turner, Evelyn Street, Colleen Franks, Judy Lee, Sue Lee, and Mable Pletcher; 6 brother-in-laws, TJ Lee, Lawerence Lee, Edgar “Buck” Lee, Paul Lee, Danny “Cliff” Lee, and Paul Franks.

She is survived by her husband, James Lee of the home; 2 sons, Tracy Lee and James Paul Lee and girlfriend Kara Maslik, all of Pampa; 3 sister-in-laws, Wenell Schull, Penny Schull, and Stella Leander; 3 brother-in-laws, Darel “Ray” Lee, OK Lee, Jr and wife Carol, and Joe Street;  4 granddaughters, Christi Bolz and husband Joel, Casey Baird and husband Aaron, Jordis Lee, and Samantha Lee; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials can be donated to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue; Dallas, TX 75231-4596.
