Robert Joseph “Robbie” Bichsel, 28, of White Deer, went to be with Jesus on November 18, 2017 in Amarillo. Rosary service will be 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in White Deer. Mass will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Lurdumarianna Yekkesala, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Robbie was born December 22, 1988 in Pampa and graduated from White Deer High School in 2008. After graduation he received his LVN certificate from Clarendon Community College and went on to receive his Associates of Science degree from Amarillo College. He currently was a senior at West Texas A&M University majoring in Biology. Robbie was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of White Deer and enjoyed education, helping his grandparents at the family farm and he loved his pets. Survivors include his father Robert “Bobby” Bichsel, Jr. and his wife Pam, of White Deer and his mother, Kim Stanhope and her husband Charles of Amarillo; a brother, Zackery Bichsel of Kansas City, MO; two step-sisters Brittni Allen and Brandi Foos both of Amarillo; grandparents Robert and Marjorie Bichsel of White Deer and Donnie and Kay Barton of Pampa; aunts and uncles, Bunker and Jackie Hill and Timmy and Lori Bichsel all of White Deer, Rick and Lisa Smith of Pampa, and Mary Ann Owens of Lubbock; great aunt, Mary Ann Roland of White Deer; numerous cousins.
