Scottie Ray Clampit

Scottie Ray Clampit, 65, of Pampa, passed away in Gray County.

No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Scottie was born August 25, 1957 in Monroe, Louisiana to Felton and Shirley Clampit. He was raised in West Monroe, Louisiana and attended Rizer school.  Scottie was a heavy equipment operator for most of his working career. He enjoyed working on cars, trucks, motorcycles, four-wheelers, and go-carts.  

Survivors include his ex-wife, Linda Clampit; son, Brandon Clampit; two daughters, Katina Freeman and Kalina Clampit; grandchildren, Dakota Parks, Summer Parks, Kassie Beach, Justice Freeman, Tyler Clampit, Taylor Clampit, and Lillie Clampit; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Michael Clampit; half-brother, Jody Clampit; and two nephews, Jared Clampit and Heath Clampit.
