Selma Ann Richards left this world 80 years to the day that she entered it. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to many and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Memorial services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rev. Byron Williamson, pastor at the First Baptist Church, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
A homemaker-of-all-trades, she never met her match using her artistic skill. Whether it be painting, quilting, knitting, needlepoint, or ceramics, you name it. Her hands and mind could do it all.
She is survived by her son, Patt; daughter-in-law Susanne; granddaughter, Bianca and great-grandson, Julian, all of Las Vegas, NV; and granddaughter, Brieawna Richards of Hobbs, NM.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan; son, Barry; and daughter, Molly, all of whom are now on a forever camping and fishing trip for eternity.
Memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
