Sharon Clark

July 19, 1942 — November 13, 2021

Sharon Clark, 79, of Pampa, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021 in Pampa.

Services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Zackary Greer, of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory. The funeral service will be livestreamed through funeral home website.

Sharon was born on July 19, 1942 in Lawton, Oklahoma to J.D. and Marie Hull Mooneyham. She was a 1960 graduate of Lefors High School. Sharon married Jimmie Clark on August 19, 1960 in Bowers City. She was a half owner of C&S Construction for several years. Sharon was a member of the First Baptist Church for 44 years, where she worked in the pre-school for many years. She enjoyed collecting antiques, playing cards, reading, and doing puzzles. Sharon volunteered at that hospital and the Good Samaritan House for several years. She fought a courageous battle with Alzheimer's for the last seven years of her life. Sharon will be loved and missed by anyone that had the great fortune of knowing her. She will be remembered as loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and one grandson, Aaron Maloney.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Jimmie Clark of the home; 2 children, Layne Clark and wife Mary of Pampa and Cacinda Maloney and husband Patrick of Phoenix, Arizona; 5 grandchildren, Stephanie Clark of Aubrey, Nicole Coffee and husband James of Canyon, Rylan Clark and wife Emilye of Plano, Diego Maloney of Phoenix, Arizona, and Christian Maloney of Salt Lake City, Utah; 5 great-grandchildren, Harper, Maddie, Nash, and Ranger Coffee and Ledger Clark; 2 brothers, Guy Morrison of Grants Pass, Oregon and Gary Morrison of Mountain Home, Arkansas; and numerous extended family members and friends.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, 203 N West St, Pampa, TX, 79065.
