Skyler Ray Lucas, age 6, of Pampa, passed away October 26, 2017 at Cook Children’s Medical Center. Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Central Baptist Church, with Rev. Norman Rushing, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Skyler was born January 12, 2011 in Pampa. He was a kindergarten student in Mrs. Nachtigall’s class at Travis Elementary. He loved Spiderman, riding his bike and loved to help others. Skyler told everyone to call him “Pickle” or “Megatron.” He also enjoyed fishing with his Dad and loved harassing his sisters. Survivors include his parents, Spencer and Kayla Lucas of Palestine and Roxanne Troutt of Fort Worth; three sisters, Aubrey Lucas, Emma Palmateer and Hazel Palmateer; grandparents, Jamye Dennis of Lake Worth, Kevin and Julie Andis of Pampa and Carmen Fleming of Fort Worth; great grandparents, Danford and Dora Ellis of Cleburne, Mary Andis of Pampa, Tony and Christina Hinajosa of Quitaque, and Wayne and Glenda Roberts of Pampa.
