Tommy Lewis Adams, 64, of Pampa, passed away, July 23, 2021, in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Norman Rushing of Central Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements and burial are under the direction of Carmichael- Whatley Funeral Directors.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:00 PM at the funeral home on Monday.
Tommy will be available for viewing from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Monday and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Adams was born October 24, 1956, in El Cajon, California to Juanita and Arthur Dale Adams. He was a 1973 graduate of Pampa High School before joining the U. S. Navy. He traveled as a pipeline welder for 20 years before retiring in 1996. Upon his retirement he played golf as often as he could and loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Juanita and Arthur Dale Adams; and sister, Rhonda Gail Adams Hughes.
Survivors include two sons, Dale Adams and wife Nicole and Donnie Adams and wife Amy, all of Amarillo; six grandchildren, Grace Adams, Luke Adams, Jake Adams, Harper Adams, Brecken Adams, and Hudson Adams, all of Amarillo; a sister, Linda Galbraith of Southlake; nieces Cali Weber, Jessica Galbraith, Cree Hughes and nephews Cody Hughes, Beau Galbraith and Cas Hughes.
