Wanda Sue Tinney Skulley

Wanda Sue Tinney Skulley, 76, of Pampa, passed away July 22, 2018 in Amarillo.

Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Pastor Ronnie Goode, officiating. Graveside services will be 12:00 PM Wednesday at Ochiltree Cemetery in Perryton under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Skulley was born May 26, 1942 in Wellington to I. W. and Ola Tinney. She was a 1960 graduate of Pampa High School and attended West Texas State College. She married Curtis “Bobby” Winton in 1963. Wanda was a bookkeeper at Amarillo National Bank, and they returned to Pampa in 1964. She worked at Bruce Oil Company for several years before starting her antique business, Trash & Treasure Shop, with two locations in Perryton and Pampa. Wanda later married Jerry Skulley on February 12, 1988, and he preceded her in death on March 29, 1992. Wanda loved hunting for antiques at estate sales, garage sales and other venues. She was at garage sales this last Saturday morning.

Survivors include two sons, Gary Winton and wife Sheila of Pampa, and Stephen Winton and wife Jenny of Rowlett; nine grandchildren, Kayli Williams and husband Aaron of Greer, South Carolina, Andrew Winton and fiancée Brittany of Amarillo, Lenzie Winton of College Station, Daniel Winton of Canyon, Hannah Winton of College Station, Matthew Winton of Canyon, Megan Winton of Longview, Ali Neer of Portland, Oregon, and Maggie Doty and husband Chris of Moses Lake, Washington; and six great grandchildren, Lexington Grayce Williams, Aria Quinn Winton, Samuel Clark Williams, Owen Eugene Doty, Moxon Jahn Doty, and baby boy Doty, who is on the way.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Bob Tinney and Donald Tinney; and a granddaughter, Sarah Ilene Winton.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30 PM Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
